Open it flat and every section is within reach. The main compartment holds letter-size paperwork with room for papers to stack neatly, and a second section separates files from loose notes. An interior zip pocket keeps small valuables secure, two slip pockets hold a phone, earphones, or cables, and a top-loading sleeve keeps a writing pad ready. Seven card slots organize business and ID cards, and two pen holders keep writing tools firmly in place.
