How can you return or exchange your order?
You have 15 working days from the date you receive your products to return any eligible order for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of placing the order

After 8 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed, as the order may already be under processing or production

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable non-exchangeable and cannot be canceled
Our team will always share the final product image before dispatch for approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
