Refund policy

How can you return or exchange your order?

You have 15 working days from the date you receive your products to return any eligible order for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is in its original packaging, undamaged, and in resalable condition

  • The item must be unused

  • Used or damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer

Steps to initiate a return

  1. Contact us first with your order number and the reason for return

  2. Wait for our return confirmation

  3. We will share detailed instructions for sending the items back

  4. Returns received after 15 working days or without prior notice may be rejected

Cancellation Policy 

  • Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of placing the order

  • After 8 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed, as the order may already be under processing or production

Important Note

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable non-exchangeable and cannot be canceled
Our team will always share the final product image before dispatch for approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund
